Minh Snyder, DMD
Dr. Minh Snyder is originally from Easton, PA and has lived in Pennsylvania nearly all her life. She graduated from the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine where she continued her education to be an endodontist. She completed her Endodontic Residency Program in June of 2000.
Dr. Snyder and her team provide the highest standard of professional care in a friendly, comfortable environment. Her patients receive the finest endodontic care. Dr. Snyder utilizes state of the art equipment for every dental procedure. Every treatment is visualized microscopically.
Dr. Snyder likes to keep active and enjoys spending time with her family. She is dedicated to being a mother to her son Chance. She is active in Chance's school where she volunteeers monthly in the classroom. Most of her free time is dedicated to time with Chance. They both enjoy playing soccer, golf and traveling together.
Dr. Snyder is a member of several professional organizations which include the American Association of Endodontists, American Dental Association, Pennsylvania Dental Association and Lancaster County Dental Society.
Ferdous Ali, DMD
Dr. Ferdous Ali was born in Queens, New York and raised in Florida. He graduated from the University of Florida in 2006, after studying Microbiology and Biochemical Engineering. He then pursued his dental degree from Nova Southeastern University in Ft. Lauderdale in 2011.
To better care for his patients, he completed a general practice residency at the Miami Veterans Administration Hospital performing dental work on those who served our country. After finding his passion for Endodontics, which focuses on saving teeth and relieving patients from pain, he pursued an endodontic residency at Rutgers School of Dental Medicine, which he completed in 2015. Dr. Ali has achieved Diplomate status with the American Board of Endodontics and is a board certified Endodontist.
Dr. Ali has given his time on dental missions to Nicaragua and Costa Rica to help patients in underserved locations. After completing his endodontic residency, Dr. Ali joined one of his mentors and professors from Rutgers. He practiced in New Jersey and New York City for three years. Dr. Ali prioritizes communication and his patient’s comfort with each root canal treatment.
In his spare time, Dr. Ali enjoys reading, hiking, biking and traveling with his wife, Colette. Dr. Ali’s weekends are consumed by two allegiances: Saturdays for the Florida Gators and Sundays for the Philadelphia Eagles (by way of marriage).
Dr. Ali’s professional memberships include: American Dental Association, American Association of Endodontists, and the College of Diplomates of the American Board of Endodontics.
Thomas P. Graham, DMD
Thomas P. Graham, D.M.D. is a Diplomate of the American Board of Endodontics. Dr. Graham relocated to Pennsylvania from Alaska in 2003 to pursue his dentistry career and to honorably serve in the United States Army. He completed his undergraduate degree at Lock Haven University, earning his Bachelors of Science in biology and chemistry.
Dr. Graham was commissioned in the United States Army in 2006 as a Second Lieutenant while he attended Dental School at the University of Pittsburgh. Upon graduating from dental school in 2010, he was promoted to the rank of Captain and stationed at Fort Campbell, KY, to serve alongside the Screaming Eagles 101st Airborne (Air Assault) Division. While at Fort Campbell, he completed a year-long Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) residency, developing an interest in Endodontics. Dr. Graham later completed an Endodontic residency at Fort Bragg, NC, where he served alongside the 82nd Airborne Division. Post-graduation, he returned to Fort Campbell, was promoted to the rank of Major and served as Chief of Endodontics for the U.S. Army AEGD Residency. Dr. Graham achieved board certification and was designated as a diplomate of the American Board of Endodontics while serving on active duty.
After serving 7 years on active duty, Dr. Graham and his wife, Betsy, made the decision to return to civilian life with the goal of putting down roots and raising a family. Dr. Graham and his wife are active in the church and have 3 children adopted from South Korea.
Sherri Schlotterer, CDA, Office Manager
Sherri is a Lancaster County native and graduated from Conestoga Valley, LCCT, and HACC. She is a Certified Dental Assistant and has been in the dental and medical field for over 20 years. She is married to Greg and has a son, daughter, and son-in-law. She enjoys attending her son's sporting events, cooking, reading, traveling and spending time with her three cats, and her grand puppy.
Danelle Fox, Dental Assistant
Danelle was born and raised in Lancaster County, she graduated from Warwick High School, Lancaster County's CTC Dental Assisting program, and has been working in the dental field since 2011. She enjoys serving patients and making them feel at ease during each visit. Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her husband Jared, being outdoors, scrapbooking and spending time with friends and family.
Jeseen Bauman, Dental Assistant
Jeseen began her dental career in the early 80's, then took a break to raise her two daughters and son. She returned to the dental field in 2011 after graduating from Lancaster County Career and Technology Center. Jeseen enjoys reading, collecting frogs, going to the mountains with hubby, Troy and spending time with her family and granddog, Samson.
